1. Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumer Law)
Under the European Union Consumer Rights Directive and applicable Swedish law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the product, without having to give any reason.
The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party nominated by you (other than the carrier), take physical possession of the goods.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or email). You may use the model withdrawal form available from the European Commission or from consumer protection authorities, but it is not obligatory.

We will send you an acknowledgement of receipt of your withdrawal without delay. Your withdrawal will be effective from the date on which you send your communication to us.
3. Effects of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from the contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw.
We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. In any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.
4. Return of Goods
You must send back the goods without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.
You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods. We recommend using a trackable delivery service for your protection.
Products should be returned in their original, unopened packaging where possible. Opened products may be subject to a restocking fee or partial refund at our discretion.
5. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal may not apply in the following circumstances:
- Sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons if they become unsealed after delivery (e.g., opened supplement bottles)
- Goods which are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly
- Goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised
We will inform you before you place your order if any of these exceptions apply to the products you wish to purchase.
6. Defective Products
If you receive a product that is defective or does not conform to the contract, you have additional rights under consumer protection law. In such cases, please contact us within a reasonable time of discovering the defect.
We will, at your choice, either replace the defective product or offer a full refund, including any reasonable costs you have incurred in returning the product to us.
7. Processing Time
Once we receive your returned goods and verify that they meet our return conditions, we will process your refund within 5 to 10 business days. The refund will be credited to your original payment method. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or card issuer to process and post the refund to your account.
